Dr. Thaxton's dreams of building his own practice were temporarily on hold as he hit the road with Guns-N-Roses after graduating from Parker College of Chiropractic.  It was a life-time experience, but he continued to plan and build his practice from the ground and dreams up.  He began in Feb. 1994 between tours, treating patients in a small building in Sissonville, WV but the birth of Worldwide Chiropractic took a more distinct shape in Oct. 1996, when the office found a new home in a new building.  As things continued to grow, Dr. Thaxton added additional staff with specialties in Sports Medicine, and an additional office was opened in July 1998 in Ripley, WV.  Since then, the practice and staff have continued to grow, serving patient's from the local area, but also with patients extending statewide and across state boundaries. 

Treatments and technology have also evolved over the past several years, and with new advancements and further research, we are committed to providing the best and most affective means of treatment.
